THERAPEUTIC RIDING PROGRAM LIABILITY policy covers the directors, partners, volunteers and instructors of the therapeutic riding program in the event of a liability claim or lawsuit. It also extends to cover events open to the public such as fund raisers, picnics, demonstrations, Special Olympics, etc. Coverage does not extend to cover injury to the staff, instructors or volunteers. A limit of $1,000,000. Per claim is available.
NOTE: A special feature of this liability policy is that it pays all legal costs associated with a claim or lawsuit in addition to the limit of liability shown on the policy.
